Yes, you read that correctly- I am not a fur! I know that fandom very well unfortunately. I also know the other (Sonic) fandom too, quite intimately. Neither group likes me very much and I don't care. I used to care, I don't anymore, but I digress...
Over the years I have amassed a nice collection of Sonic merchandise, which is something I've always wanted but never could get because I live in the arse end of the world. SEGA-SAMMY, until recently, believed my country didn't exist. Funny how that changed when I tried to become a licensee- the original licensee suddenly appeared and now there's Sonic toys in the stores.
WHERE IT BEGAN
In 2013, I noticed that GOOD SMILE COMPANY had produced a Sonic The Hedgehog figurine. That was the point at which I decided I needed to make some kind of plan to get it. A couple of years before I managed to find a coin bank in the shape of Sonic's head, and at that point I wasn't even sure if I was going to start collecting anything.
I imported the item from Japan in April 2013, it took about a month to get to me but it was completely worth it!
