This site has been an incredible journey. It's not been long and here we are at 19,656 views and counting. What an achievement!!

I am really flattered that people enjoy my work and my silly little projects. I never got any recognition or praise on the "normal" internet during the decades I've been there, not for anything I've done- that said however, recognition or praise is not the reason why this site exists. This site exists to share the daily joy I experience in life, the kind of stuff the regular 'ol corporate internet, trolls and online bullies do not want you to experience. And of course, this site exists to share knowledge about things, knowledge that has been so hard to gain because the world sucks and revolves around profits, balance sheets, C-suite suits and good old gatekeeping!

And here's the good bit, all of this is free, forever. Knowledge wants to be free!!

Sonic is a lot of things to different people. To me, he is my personal mascot, my friend when I had none. He is a short step away when life gets sticky. It is hard to explain, but everything about me and my interest in Sonic is rooted in ASD*
